What we do
- Building Construction & Maintenance ( All Building Systems, Critical Infrastructure, Facilities Production Requirements)
- Provide Estimates for New Construction (Office modifications, Production & Studio Operations) and Repairs
- Manage all Plant Services for Television City:
Electrical (Emergency Power systems, Utilities, HVAC and Building Automation, Plumbing & Mechanical, Telecommunications, Painting, Carpentry, Fire, Life & Safety, and Outside Contractors and Maintenance Crews) - Manages Staff (Union IBEW Local 45 Electricians and A/C Engineers & Non-Union)
- Coordinates with Stage Operations and Technical & Production Operations on Live and Recorded Production & Post-Production Support.
- Coordinates with Security and Environmental, Health and Safety to ensure standards of Preventative Maintenance and the Safety and Security of daily operations.
